Emergency service is available after hours and on weekends when our schedule allows. True emergencies, such as a major leak or a loss of water or drain service, are handled case by case. After-hours and weekend visits add $100 to the standard service call fee.
What to do first
Shut off your home's water as soon as possible. Many homes have a whole-house shut-off valve in the basement or crawlspace, and you can also turn the water off at the meter. We recommend finding your shut-off valve now, before you ever need it.
How we handle it
In most cases, we can be at your home the same day or the next day. Emergency visits still depend on our schedule and are handled case by case.
